YOGA AT YOUR DESK
This "no sweat" yoga flow is designed to help relieve neck and shoulder tension, hip and low back tightness and wrist strain as well as to help rejuvenate your mind and body.
Stretching, breath work, and modified yoga poses are done sitting in a chair and standing using the chair for support.
You can expect increased energy and focus after each class.
YOGA ON THE MAT
In this class, traditional but gentle poses are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and relaxation are also integrated.
This all-levels "on the mat" class is designed to help reduce stress and increase strength, flexibility, and mental clarity for a happier and more productive work experience. and focus after each class.
