Refresh: Chair Yoga

This "no sweat" yoga flow is designed to help relieve neck and shoulder tension, hip and low back tightness and wrist strain as well as to help rejuvenate your mind and body.  

 

Stretching, breath work, and modified yoga poses are done sitting in a chair and standing using the chair for support.

 

 You can expect increased energy and focus after each class.

In this class, traditional but gentle poses are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and relaxation are also integrated.  

 

We focus on the lower back, shoulders/neck, and core and incorporate standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip openers.  

 

This "on the mat" class is designed to help reduce stress and increase strength, flexibility, and mental clarity for a happier and more productive work experience.

Yoga Class

Unwind: Restorative Yoga

This class is designed to help you relax and release areas of tension held in the body that cause stress.

 

We will focus on holding poses for extended periods and exploring deep relaxation in an effort to reduce blood pressure, muscle tension and general fatigue.

 

This class will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and in a better state of mind.

This gentle yoga flow is designed to help relieve neck and shoulder tension, hip and low back tightness and wrist strain as well as to help rejuvenate your mind and body.

Stretching, breath work, and modified yoga poses are done sitting in a chair and standing using the chair for support.

This class will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and in a better state of mind.
 

In this class, traditional but gentle poses are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and relaxation are also integrated.  

 

We focus on the lower back, shoulders/neck, and core and incorporate standing postures, gentle twists and hip openers.  Modifications are always offered.

 

This "on the mat" class is designed to help reduce stress and increase strength, flexibility, and mental clarity for an improved sense of well-being.

This class is designed to help you relax and release areas of tension held in the body that cause stress, stiffness and joint pain.

We will focus on mobility of all major joints of the body with a focus on your hands, wrists, ankles and feet.  
You will learn a series of routines to bring greater relief, warmth, and energy to the body.

 

Modified yoga poses and gentle fitness movements are done sitting in a chair and standing using the chair for support.
